Taj began her career as a hostess at Backstreet Café in 1999 and has been part of the H Town family ever since. As the company grew, she recognized the need for HR and stepped up to learn it herself—through classes, seminars, and pure determination. Patient, resourceful, and a fearless negotiator, Taj keeps everything running smoothly while uplifting those around her with her signature laugh and joyful spirit. She works hard to take care of our little family, which has grown from 50 employees to almost 500 today. Born in Reno, Nevada and raised in Houston, Taj is also a proud mom to two sons.
